1. How much are tickets to Good Vibrations Festival?
General Admission tickets - $139 +BF
VIP tickets - $199 +BF
2. What is a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets allow you to enjoy star treatment all day long! After arriving in style with express entry VIP lanes, you get access to the exclusive VIP area which is the perfect sanctuary to chill out, revive, meet and mingle. As if that wasn't enough, you will have access to the VIP bars and the all important VIP toilets!
3. Where can I buy Tickets?

(PLEASE NOTE: all tickets purchased online for GVF will be ‘print at home' e-tickets emailed to you after making the purchase. These are to be printed and brought for entry on Festival day. 4. Is there a limit to the amount of tickets I can buy?
There is a LIMIT of 10 tickets ONLY per customer. This number may be reduced as the festival date nears.
5. How long does it take for my credit card to be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of making the purchase.
6. What details do I need to supply on tickets I purchase, and why?
You will need to include the name and date of birth for each attendee you purchase tickets for, including yourself. This is an anti-scalping measure so that ticket sales for Good Vibrations Festival are to people who want to attend, not to scalpers who want to profiteer from ticket sales and therefore make it more expensive for others to buy. Festival attendees will need to provide valid photo ID that corresponds with the names and birthdates on their tickets to gain entry to the Festival.
7. What forms of photo ID will I need to get into the festival?
Good Vibrations Festival is strictly an 18+ event. Valid photo ID is required to enter the site. Acceptable Identification is:
i. valid Passport
ii. valid Australian drivers licence; or
iii. valid Western Australian Proof Of Age Card.
Please note that different States have different policies regarding valid photo ID. For example, a NSW Photo Card may not be valid for entry to Good Vibrations Festival in Perth.
8. How do I print my tickets?
Tickets will be sent to your email address as a pdf file; tickets can then be opened with Adobe Reader and printed in either black and white or colour so that the barcode and all attendee's details are visible. If you have any problems printing your ticket please contact your ticket vendor HERE.
9. What should I do if I do not receive my emailed tickets?
Don't worry, you can choose to have your ticket resent by logging in to your Moshtix account with which you purchased your tickets. Should you have further problems, please contact your ticket vendor.
10. Are my tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled, in which case refund will be made (less applicable charges) provided that ticket holder shows proof of authorised purchase & applies for the refund within 5 days of event cancellation. For any further enquiries contact your ticket vendor.
11. Can I commercially re-sell my GVF Tickets?
Tickets may not be offered for re-sale. Jam Music reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation which are sold by the original purchaser & the new ticket holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. This is an anti-scalping measure so that ticket sales for Good Vibrations Festival are to people who want to attend, not to scalpers who want to profiteer from ticket sales and therefore make it more expensive for others to buy.
12. Can I re-issue my ticket if I am no longer able to attend the event?
Moshtix provides the reissuing of names on purchased tickets for a fee of $15. Simply log on to your Moshtix account and follow the steps provided to reissue your ticket. For any further enquiries contact your ticket vendor.
13. What should I do if I put the wrong details on my ticket?
Please make sure that when purchasing your ticket, all the information you provide at the time of purchase is correct. If you do provide the wrong details, you will have to reissue your ticket resulting in a $15 reissuing fee as stated above.
14. Can I purchase multiple tickets for friends under one name, and if so how does this affect our entry on Festival day?
Yes, it is possible to buy multiple tickets under one name, but we only recommend this if you are sure that you will be arriving at the festival together as one group. You will all still be asked to provide valid ID at the front gates. If the purchaser whose name is on the ticket is already inside the festival when you arrive, he/she will not be able to come out and let you in as there is a strict no pass out policy at Good Vibrations Festival.
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide you want to split it up into separate names to make entry to the festival easier, the reissuing fee of $15 will occur, per name change.
15. What if I lose my ticket?
Since e-tickets are delivered by email, it's always a good idea NOT to delete the original email these arrive on. Should you print it and lose the hard copy, you can always refer back to this email and reprint it. If you have deleted the soft copy, log in to your Moshtix account and follow the steps to resend the e-ticket. If you loose the soft copy on the way to the event, there will be Moshtix staff on hand who will be able to verify purchaser details and validate the original ticket allowing you access to the Festival.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are buying a ticket for multiple people under one name and lose the ticket, Moshtix staff will not be able to allow unnamed friends on the ticket entry to the festival. It is recommended that you buy tickets separately or under each individual name to avoid disappointment.
16. What if my e-ticket gets wet?
Unfortunately, as we learnt at GVF '09; rain happens. Thankfully ticket staff at the gates are still able to scan a majority of barcodes, even if wet. If your ticket will not scan, Moshtix staff that will assist in finding your original purchase details on their computers allowing you access to the event.
17. How quickly do tickets sell out?
In 2009 Good Vibrations Perth tickets sold out in record time. We recommend purchasing your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
18. Does sold out mean sold out?
Yes, if Jam Music has announced that GVF2010 Perth is sold out, there will be no tickets for sale at the box office on the day of the festival.
Tickets are sold on behalf of Jam Recordings Pty Ltd (Jam) & are subject to the conditions below:
1.You may purchase up to Ten (10) tickets ONLY per customer. Jam reserves the right to change the ticket purchase limit at any time
2.Your card will be charged by ticket vendor at time of purchase
3.Tickets may not be offered for re-sale. Jam reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation which are sold by original purchaser & the holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue
4.Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled in which case refund will be made (less applicable charges) provided the ticket holder shows proof of authorised purchase & applies for the refund within 30 days of cancellation
5.GVF is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID is required to enter the site.
6.Acceptable ID; Passport; valid Australian drivers licence; valid photo ID; proof of age card issued from the state authority in which you will be attending the festival
7.You must be wristbanded on entry & this wristband must be worn at all times once inside the event. If you enter the event without a wristband, you will be deemed a fence jumper & security will evict you
8.No professional recording equipment permitted
9.No alcohol, drugs, weapons, gas bottles, pets, umbrellas, eskies or glass allowed on site. All bags/containers searched upon entry
10.Show will go on rain hail or shine
11.NO PASSOUTS for the duration of the show
12.You may be filmed/photographed at festival & footage/images may be used by, replicated, reproduced & published by Jam for any use including but not limited to marketing & promotional uses. By entering the festival site you consent to being filmed/photographed.
13.Jam & its officers, agents, employees & contractors accept no responsibility for injuries, losses or damage sustained in or around the venue. You enter the event at your own risk. Right to refuse entry is reserved by Jam
14.Jam reserves the right to vary advertised programmes (incl. changes to artists) or reschedule the event.
15.Jam may require you to leave the venue if you fail to comply with these terms & conditions or where you behave in a way which may endanger others or impair their enjoyment. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
16.Conditions stated on this ticket constitute a contract between Jam & the ticket holder. You indemnify & hold harmless Jam, its agents, representatives, management, principals, employees, officers & contractors from & against any claim, loss, damage or expense including legal costs incurred, suffered or threatened as a result of any breach of these conditions

18.Where there are inconsistencies between these terms & conditions of Jam & the terms & conditions of moshtix, Jam terms & conditions prevail
